Terrible food. Burned and over cooked food.

Just got done eating here. Our food all came out cold, bland, and we were waiting for service for long waits. I noticed people standing around doing nothing. When I got my food the meat in it tasted old, the vegetables tasted like plastic, and the entire bottom of my plate was water. I told the waitress the food was terrible and she sent the manager over. After telling him about the food he asked me, "Well what do you want me to do?" I told him he should at least give us a discount for this terrible food. He said OK and left our table. When I got the bill her took off 1.50! Never, ever will me or any of my friends go to this location or any of their chain locations. It was just plain aweful and I have never been treated us such.

Was there 2 weeks ago and the pasta was one of the worse meals I have had in a long time. First it came out cold realize that happens sometimes came back not hot but at least luke warm. In either case the pasta had no flavor whatsoever. On the good side however nice staff , nice atmosphere, good place to stop for a drink however I don't recommend eating here.

We, my wife and I, stopped in here on Wed. evening, 7/17/13, This place has 18 taps and not a micro brew in the bunch. I understand that the management has to cater to the wants of the community, but surely there are some people in Grand Rapids with enough beer sophistication to warrant at least a couple of decent micros. The night we were there they had 14 oz bud lights for $1.00 and yet almost no one was drinking bud light. Don't go there for the beer. I opted for the Black and Blue burger which looked great in the color picture, but turned out too be in a ciabata bun and not nearly as good as it looked. My wife had a plain burger and said it was juicy and not bad at all. I won't go back there anytime soon.
